RELOJES SANDOZ:

The history Sandoz watches began in 1530 with the birth of Johannus Sandoz in the Locle (Neuchâtel, Switzerland). In 1870, Henry Sandoz joined up with Jules E. Sandoz to create ODIN, the first watch factory of the family. They specialized in the manufacture of repetitions, of chronographs, and became pioneers in the industrialization of watchmaking.

In 1920, the Henry Sandoz factory was renamed Henry Sandoz & Sons, when his son Hermann took charge of the enterprise.

In 1926, Henry Sandoz & Sons moved its workshops to La Chaux-de-Fonds (canton of Neuchâtel). At the end of the 1920s, the Sandoz fame spread to India and Pakistan where the enterprise produced close to a million watch pieces per year.

The tradition of authentic Swiss watchmaking has proudly been perpetuated for over generations. The growth of the enterprise allowed it to develop under other names. The modern history of Sandoz Ltd. began in 1938, and the enterprise changed its name to H. Sandoz & Co, followed by Bezzola & Kocher, to take finally, in 1971, its final name: Company of Watches Sandoz Ltd.
